Mark Zimmerman joined Schlosser Development Corporation (SDC) in June 2005 as the CFO and is responsible for setting strategic goals for both financing and business development, as well as the accuracy of the financial records. He previously managed the Dell Venture Lease program for The CIT Group, Inc., helping to generate $125 million in lease commitments over an 18-month period.

Mark holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater and a Masters of Management degree in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He earned his Certified Public Accounting certificate in 1991.

From the community enrichment standpoint, Mark served as treasurer of the Lee Elementary School’s PTA. He enjoys spending time with his wonderful children, Mazzy and Artie, athletics as a participant and spectator, and he frequents the live music scene in Austin, TX.
