Sixth & Lamar in the Market District

Sixth & Lamar, one of the most recognizeable addresses in Austin, is prime space for retail. It is home to Book People (judged best independent book store in the country, REI and Anthropologie. The center is across the street from the Whole Foods Market Landmark Store and in the heart of Austin's Market District.

Pictured is the initial plan to add density to the Sixth & Lamar site. Callison has been hired to design the added density on the project. Plans are still in the "concept" phase.
