Corey Gillespie is a Chief Building Engineer and joined Schlosser Development in 2022.  He received his Systems Maintenance Administrator (BOMI) designation in 2000.  Gillespie is a member of the Austin Association of Facility and Maintenance Engineers (AAFAME) and served as the organization’s president in 2006.  Prior to Schlosser Development, Gillespie was at Oakpointe Real Estate, Texas Guaranteed, Equity Office, and served in the U.S. Navy.  He started his engineering career in 1987 serving onboard ship in the engineering department which eventually landed him in commercial property engineering.  He enjoys staying up-to-date on industry trends and loves a good challenge.
