Schlosser Development is expanding the scope of its third party property management services through its affiliate SDC Leasing and Management. SDC Leasing and Management currently operates more than 2 million square feet of our own retail assets in four different cities in Texas. Our management of properties owned by non-affiliates has been limited to a select group like-minded retail property owners that have high expectations for the performance of their assets.
Recently SDC Leasing and Management has experienced highly successful recruiting efforts coupled with the timely realization of certain goals regarding our accounting, reporting and property maintenance standards. These milestones have signaled the preparedness of our property management group to confidently expand its services to a significantly greater number of properties throughout the Central Texas area.
We are available to discuss with you our philosophy and the full array of cost saving strategies that SDC Leasing and Management could bring to your retail and mixed use assets. Please contact Rita Williams, Director of Property Management at Schlosser Development/SDC Leasing and Management.
