Schlosser Development continues development of rural power centers with McAllen Pavillion
Schlosser Development is proud to announce the opening of the McAllen Pavilion in McAllen, Texas. The 225,000 square foot power center is home to tenants including Burlington Coat Factory, Office Max, Petsmart, and many others. Many tenants here report some of the strongest sales per square foot by a store nationally, due in large part to the influx of international shoppers that flood the center on a daily basis and represent well over 30% of overall sales.
