Schlosser Development plans  to commence the redevelopment of The Colony at Southpark Mall with its joint venture partner Synco Properties. It will be a $500M mixed-use project that will include retail, office, residential, hotel, and entertainment.

Schlosser Development’s 220,000-square foot building, Shoal Creek Walk, opens with the audio tech company Cirrus Logic, Inc. as the primary tenant.  Central National Bank signs a ground-floor lease inside the building.  Other tenants include Ovation Partners, Virtus Real Estate and the Law Office of David Goodman.
