Before joining Schlosser Development in 2026, Samantha spent 10 years in hospitality, building strong relational skills and learning how best to support the guests and team around her — and another year in a Marketing Coordinator role, coordinating events that supported new and existing client relationships, creating digital content, and learning from the developers around her. Now, at SDC, she sits at the unique intersection of accounting, property management, and marketing: keeping financial operations running smoothly, supporting tenants and properties day-to-day, and building out SDC’s digital presence.
