Craig Land has over 20 years of experience managing the design and construction of large commercial projects for real estate developers and owners.  His experience compliments all aspects of the development process and he has championed a diverse portfolio of large commercial projects that include pediatric medical bed towers, resorts, hotels, offices, mixed-use complexes, Federal facilities and several high-rise residential buildings across the nation.

Among the different phases of real estate projects, he has managed nearly $2 billion of work while assisting real estate developers and owners with their due diligence, entitlements procurement, design development, construction and end-user operations.  This experience has provided him with a multifaceted understanding of how to cultivate relationships, create collaborative environments and preserve accountability while maintaining long term focus.  Craig has a passion for fostering a one team approach that generates project focus toward one vision and one goal. This passion is coupled with a deep-rooted belief that collectively, we are better than the sum of the parts.

Craig supports Schlosser Development Corporation (SDC) with hands-on, day-to-day oversight of various acquisitions and new developments.  He has a BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and currently resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and son.
